Paid report request privacy

We use your request information to prepare your listing report and keep you informed.

What we collect

The form collects your name, email and public listing link. It also records allowlisted campaign source, medium, campaign and creative labels from the page URL, when present. We use these details to handle the request, confirm scope and timing, and measure which campaigns lead to requests.

Storage and payment

Requests are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database through the website host and a private Google Sheet used to track fulfillment. Google Apps Script sends a request receipt to you and an alert to Tom. These messages relate to your request, not a newsletter. The form does not collect card details or take payment. A saved request is not a paid order. After scope and needed facts are confirmed, Tom sends a $99 invoice.

Your information

Do not submit passwords, private guest information or card details. A report request does not sign you up for an unrelated newsletter. We do not sell request information.
